యిర్మీయా 29:11 - "సమాధానకరమైన ఉద్దేశములేగాని హానికరమైనవి కావు".
సమాజము, సామాజిక మాధ్యమాలు మనమిలానే ఉండాలి, ఇలానే ఆలోచించాలి, ఇలానే కనపడాలని ఒక చట్రంలోకి నెట్టేసాయి. ఇందువలన మనము మనం బాగానే ఉన్నా ఇతరులతో పోల్చుకుని మనము సరిగా లేమేమోనని అసంతృప్తితో జీవిస్తూ ఉంటాము. ఇలాంటి అపవాది యత్నాలను నీవు చేధించి నిన్ను నువ్వు కాపాడుకోవాలి. అపవాది ఎప్పుడూ నిన్ను గర్వముతో, ఆత్మన్యూనతా భావంతో లేదా అభద్రతా భావంతో పడగొట్టడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తాడు. నీవు ఆ వ్యూహాలన్నింటిని చెదరగొట్టాలి. అప్పుడే నువ్వు శాంతముగా ఉండగలవు. నీవు దేవుని వైపు తిరిగి నడుచుకోనంతవరకు నీ జీవితం అంతా చిక్కులమయంగానే ఉంటుంది. ఆయన ఆలోచనలు మనకు మేలుచేసేవే నీ గానీ ఆ కీడు చేసేవి కావు. గనుక నీ హృదయాన్ని ఆయనకు సమర్పించుము.
ప్రార్థనా మనవి:
ప్రియమైన పరలోక తండ్రి!!! అపవాది యత్నాలను జయించుటకు మాకు సహాయము చేయుము. లోకమువైపు మరలిపోకుండా నీ వైపే దృష్టి నిలుపుటకు సహాయము చేయమని యేసునామములో ప్రార్థించుచున్నాము పరమతండ్రి ఆమేన్.
Acceptable Thoughts:
Jeremiah 29:11- “Thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Society and media have modelled an accepted image of what we should look like, dress like and act like. We respond by comparing ourselves to one another because we never think we are good enough, or we feel like something is not right in our lives. It is time for you to be set free from the lies of the enemy that have held you captive. The lies of the enemy can shake you up and rattle you into insecurity, pride, and shame. You need to begin breaking those lies and speaking truth over your life so you may live in peace with who you are in Christ. Just remember that the devil wants to keep you captive to those lies for as long as he can so you won’t fulfill the calling and destiny that God has for your life. Instead, let God occupy your mind with truth!

Father God, help me win over the devil""s strategies and let You occupy my mind. Help me to ponder on the thoughts of the Almighty and not be disturbed by worldly thoughts. In Jesus name, I pray, Amen.
