అప్పగించుకొను తలంపులు:
యెహెజ్కేలు 36:26 - "నూతన హృదయము మీ కిచ్చెదను, నూతన స్వభావము మీకు కలుగజేసెదను".
గాయపడిన హృదయముతో నీవు నొప్పిని భరించడం అలుపులేని ఆ ఉద్వేగాన్ని సహించడం మంచిదే. ఒంటరితనమంటే ఏమిటో అధర్మమంటే ఏమిటో తెలుస్తుంది. ధైర్యమును కలుగజేయుమని దేవుని నీవు అడుగవలసిన అవసరం ఉంది. దేవునికి నిన్ను నీవు అప్పగించుకొనుము. నీలోని రాతి హృదయమును తీసివేసి మాం‌సపు హృదయమును ఇవ్వమని ఆయనను వేడుకొనుము. ఆయనే ఇదంతయూ చేయగలడు కేవలం ఆయన మాత్రమే నిన్ను నడిపించగలడని విశ్వసించుము. జ్ఞాపకముంచుకో నీవు ఒంటరివి కావు. ఆయన యిచ్చిన హృదయమును ఆయన లక్ష్యపెట్టువాడై యున్నాడు. గనుక గాయపడిన నీ హృదయాన్ని ఆయనకు సమర్పించుము ఆయన దానిని బాగుచేయువాడైయున్నాడు.
ప్రార్థనా మనవి:
పరలోకమందున్న తండ్రి!!! నన్ను నీ ఆత్మతో నింపినందుకు నీకు వందనములు. నేను ఒంటరిని కానని నీవు నాకు తోడైయున్నావనే ధైర్యమును నాకు కలుగజేసి నన్ను నడిపించుమని యేసునామములో ప్రార్థించుచున్నాము పరమతండ్రి ఆమేన్.
Surrendering Thoughts:
Ezekiel 36:26- “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you.” That discomfort you feel—that hurting heart, that tangle of emotion, that restlessness is okay. It is actually good. It will help you notice things you wouldn’t otherwise see: injustice, loneliness. You need to Ask God for courage. Ask God to help you surrender. Ask Him to replace your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. Only God can do these things. And believe that He will respond . . . to you. Remember you are not alone. Trust God""s heart, and then eventually see that your own heart, the one He gives you, is what you can trust; but only after it is surrendered to Him.

Thank You Lord for filling me with Your Spirit. Help me never feel lonely but to depend on You in every situation. In Jesus name, Amen.
