3. And there dwelt in Jerusalem some of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin, and of the children of Ephraim, and Manasseh.

4. యూదా కుమారుడైన పెరెసు సంతతివాడగు బానీ కుమారుడైన ఇమీకి పుట్టిన ఒమీ కుమారుడగు అమీహూదునకు జననమైన ఊతైయు.

4. And Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, son of the sons of Perez, the son of Judah.

5. And of the Shilonites: Asaiah the firstborn, and his sons.

8. and Ibneiah son of Jeroham, and Elah: these [are] the sons of Uzzi, the son of Michri; Meshullam, son of Shephatiah, son of Reuel, son of Ibnijah;

9. and their brethren according to their generations, nine hundred and fifty-six; all the men [were] heads of families according to the houses of their fathers.

10. And of the priests: Jedaiah, Jehoiarib, and Jachin;

16. Obadiah, son of Shemaiah, son of Galal, son of Jeduthun, and Berechiah son of Asa, son of Elkanah, who dwelt in the villages of the Netophathites.

17. The gatekeepers [were] Shallum, Akkub, Talmon, Ahiman, and their brethren; Shallum [was] the chief.

18. And [he was stationed] there in the king's gate eastward; these [are] the gates of the companies of the sons of Levi.

19. And Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brethren belonging to the house of his father, the Korahites [were] over the works of the service, keeping the watches of the tabernacle, and their fathers over the camp of the Lord, keeping the entrance.

20. ఎలియాజరు కుమారుడైన ఫీనెహాసు మునుపు వారిమీద అధికారియై యుండెను, యెహోవా అతనితోకూడ నుండెను.

20. And Phinehas son of Eleazar was head over them before the Lord, and these [were] with him.

21. Zechariah the son of Meshelemiah [was] keeper of the door of the tabernacle of witness.

22. All the chosen porters in the gates [were] two hundred and twelve, these [were] in their courts, [this was] their distribution: these David and Samuel the seer established in their charge.

23. And these and their sons [were] over the gates in the house of the Lord, and in the house of the tabernacle, to keep watch.

24. The gates were toward the four winds, east, west, north, and south.

25. And their brethren [were] in their courts, to enter in weekly from time to time with these.

26. For four strong [men] have the charge of the gates; and the Levites were over the chambers, and they keep watch over the treasures of the house of God.

27. వారు దేవుని మందిరమునకు కావలివారు గనుక వారి కాపురములు దానిచుట్టు ఉండెను. ప్రతి ఉదయమున మందిరపు వాకిండ్లను తెరచుపని వారిదే.

27. For the charge [was] upon them, and these [were] charged with the keys to open the doors of the temple every morning.

28. వారిలో కొందరు సేవోపకరణములను కనిపెట్టు వారు, వారు లెక్కచొప్పున వాటిని లోపలికి కొనిపోవలెను, లెక్క చొప్పున వెలుపలికి తీసికొని రావలెను.

28. And [some] of them [were appointed] over the vessels of service, that they should carry them in by number, and carry them out by number.

29. And [some] of them [were] appointed over the furniture, and over all the holy vessels, and over the fine flour, the wine, the oil, the frankincense, and the spices.

30. And some of the priests were makers of the ointment, and [appointed to prepare] the spices.

31. And Mattithiah of the Levites, (he [was] the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite) [was set] in charge over the sacrifices of meat offerings of the pan belonging to the high priest.

32. And Banaiah the Kohathite[was set] over the showbread, from among his brethren, to prepare it every Sabbath.

33. And these [were] the singers, heads of families of the Levites, [to whom were] established daily courses, for they were employed in the services day and night.

34. వీరు తమ వంశపట్టీల చొప్పున లేవీయుల పితరులలో పెద్దలైనవారు. వీరు యెరూషలేమునందు కాపురముండిరి.

34. These [were] the heads of the families of the Levites according to their generations; these chiefs dwelt in Jerusalem.

35. గిబియోను తండ్రి యైన యెహీయేలు గిబియోనులో కాపురముండెను, అతని భార్యపేరు మయకా.

35. And Jeiel the father of Gibeon dwelt in Gibeon; and his wife's name [was] Maacah.

36. And his firstborn son [was] Abdon, then Zur, Kish, Baal, Ner, Nadab,

38. And Mikloth begot Shimeam. And these dwelt in the midst of their brethren in Jerusalem, [even] in the midst of their brethren.

39. నేరు కీషును కనెను, కీషు సౌలును కనెను, సౌలు యోనాతానును మల్కీషూవను అబీనాదాబును ఎష్బయలును కనెను.

39. And Ner begot Kish, and Kish begot Saul, and Saul begot Jonathan, Malchishua, Abinadab, and Esh-Baal.

40. యోనాతాను కుమారుడు మెరీబ్బయలు, మెరీబ్బయలు మీకాను కనెను.

40. And the son of Jonathan [was] Merib-Baal, and Merib-Baal begot Micah.

41. And the sons of Micah [were] Pithon, Melech, Tarea, and Ahaz
