1. మోషేయు ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల పెద్దలును ప్రజలతో ఇట్లనిరినేడు నేను మీకు విధించుచున్న ధర్మమును మీరాచరింపవలెను.

1. And Moses with the elders of Israel commanded the people saying, Observe all the commandment which I am commanding you to-day.

2. మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా మీకిచ్చు చున్న దేశమున ప్రవేశించుటకు మీరు యొర్దాను దాటు దినమున మీరు పెద్దరాళ్లను నిలువ బెట్టి వాటిమీద సున్నము పూసి

2. So then it shall be in the day when ye shall pass over the Jordan, into the land which Yahweh thy God is giving unto thee, that thou shalt rear thee up great stones, and plaster them with plaster;

3. నీ పితరుల దేవుడైన యెహోవా నీతో చెప్పినట్లు నీవు నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా నీకిచ్చుచున్న పాలు తేనెలు ప్రవహించు దేశమున ప్రవేశించుటకు నీవు ఏరు దాటినతరువాత ఈ ధర్మ శాస్త్రవాక్యములన్నిటిని వాటిమీద వ్రాయవలెను.

3. and shalt write upon them all the words of this law, when thou shalt pass over, to the end that thou mayest enter upon the land which Yahweh thy God is giving unto thee a land flowing with milk and honey, as Yahweh the God of thy fathers hath spoken unto thee.

4. మీరు ఈ యొర్దాను దాటిన తరువాత నేను నేడు మీ కాజ్ఞాపించినట్లు ఈ రాళ్లను ఏబాలు కొండమీద నిలువబెట్టి వాటిమీద సున్నము పూయవలెను.

4. So then it shall be when ye shall pass over the Jordan, that ye shall rear up these stones which I am commanding you to-day in Mount Ebal, and thou shalt plaster them with plaster.

5. అక్కడ నీ దేవుడైన యెహో వాకు బలిపీఠమును కట్టవలెను. ఆ బలిపీఠమును రాళ్లతో కట్టవలెను; వాటిమీద ఇనుప పనిముట్టు పడకూడదు.

5. And thou shalt build there an altar unto Yahweh thy God, an altar of stones, thou shalt not wield thereupon any tool of iron.

6. చెక్కని రాళ్లతో నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు బలిపీఠమును కట్టి దానిమీద నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు దహనబలుల నర్పింపవలెను.

6. Of whole stones, shalt thou build the altar of Yahweh thy God, then shalt thou cause to go up thereon ascending-sacrifices, unto Yahweh thy God;

7. మరియు నీవు సమాధానబలుల నర్పించి అక్కడ భోజనము చేసి నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా సన్నిధిని సంతోషింపవలెను.

7. and thou shalt sacrifice peace-offerings and shalt eat there, and rejoice before Yahweh thy God.

8. ఈ విధికి సంబంధించిన వాక్యము లన్నిటిని ఆ రాళ్లమీద బహు విశదముగా వ్రాయవలెను.

8. And thou shalt write upon the stones all the words of this law doing it plainly and well.

9. మరియు మోషేయు యాజకులైన లేవీయులును ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరితో ఇట్లనిరిఇశ్రాయేలీయులారా, మీరు ఊరకొని ఆలకించుడి.

9. And Moses and the priests the Levites spake unto all Israel saying, Keep silence and hear O Israel, This day, hast thou been made a people unto Yahweh thy God.

10. నేడు మీరు మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు స్వజనమైతిరి గనుక మీ దేవు డైన యెహోవా మాట విని, నేడు నేను నీకు ఆజ్ఞాపించు ఆయన కట్టడలను ఆయన ఆజ్ఞలను గైకొనవలెను.

10. Thou shalt therefore hearken unto the voice of Yahweh thy God, and do his commandments and his statutes, which I am commanding thee to-day.

11. ఆ దినమందే మోషే ప్రజలకు ఆజ్ఞాపించిన దేమనగా మీరు యొర్దాను దాటినతరువాత షిమ్యోను లేవి యూదా ఇశ్శాఖారు యోసేపు

11. And Moses commanded the people on that day, saying:

12. బెన్యామీను గోత్ర ములవారు ప్రజలనుగూర్చి దీవెనవచనములను పలుకుటకై గెరిజీము కొండమీద నిలువవలెను.

12. These, shall stand to bless the people upon Mount Gerizim, when ye have passed over the Jordan, Simeon and Levi and Judah, and Issachar and Joseph and Benjamin;

13. రూబేను గాదు ఆషేరు జెబూలూను దాను నఫ్తాలి గోత్రములవారు శాప వచనములను పలుకుటకై ఏబాలు కొండమీద నిలువ వలెను.

13. and, these, shall stand by the curse in Mount Ebal, Reuben Gad and Asher, and Zebulun Dan and Naphtali.

14. అప్పుడు లేవీయులు యెహోవాకు హేయముగా శిల్పిచేతులతో

14. Then shall the Levites respond and say unto every man of Israel with voice uplifted:

15. మలి చిన విగ్రహమునేగాని పోతవిగ్రహమునేగాని చేసి చాటున నుంచువాడు శాపగ్రస్తుడని యెలుగెత్తి ఇశ్రా యేలీయులందరితోను చెప్పగా ఆమేన్‌ అనవలెను.

15. Cursed, be the man that maketh an image cut or molten an abomination unto Yahweh the work of the hands of the craftsman and putteth it in a secret place. And all the people shall respond and say Amen.

16. తన తండ్రినైనను తన తల్లినైనను నిర్లక్ష్యము చేయు వాడు శాపగ్రస్తుడని చెప్పగా ప్రజలందరుఆమేన్‌ అన వలెను.

16. Cursed, be he that holdeth in light esteem his father or his mother. And all the people shall say Amen.

17. తన పొరుగువాని సరిహద్దురాయిని తీసివేయు వాడు శాపగ్రస్తుడని చెప్పగా ప్రజలందరుఆమేన్‌ అనవలెను.

17. Cured, be he that moveth back the boundary of his neighbour. And all the people shall say Amen.

18. గ్రుడ్డివాని త్రోవను తప్పించువాడు శాపగ్రస్తుడని చెప్పగా ప్రజలందరుఆమేన్‌ అనవలెను.

18. Cursed, be he that causeth the blind to wander in the way. And all the people shall say Amen.

19. పరదేశికేగాని తండ్రిలేనివానికేగాని విధవరాలికే గాని న్యాయము తప్పి తీర్పు తీర్చువాడు శాపగ్రస్తుడని చెప్పగా ప్రజలందరుఆమేన్‌ అనవలెను.

19. Cursed, be he that perverteth the right of the sojourner, the fatherless, or the widow. And all the people shall say Amen.

20. తన తండ్రి భార్యతో శయనించువాడు తన తండ్రి కోకను విప్పినవాడు గనుక వాడు శాపగ్రస్తుడని చెప్పగా ప్రజలందరుఆమేన్‌ అనవలెను.

20. Cursed, be he that lieth with his father's wife, because he hath turned aside his father's coverlet. And all the people shall say Amen.

21. ఏ జంతువుతోనైనను శయనించువాడు శాపగ్రస్తు డని చెప్పగా ప్రజలందరుఆమేన్‌ అనవలెను.

21. Cursed, be he that lieth with any beast. And all the people shall say Amen.

22. తన సహోదరితో, అనగా తన తండ్రికుమార్తెతో గాని తన తల్లికుమార్తెతో గాని శయనించువాడు శాపగ్రస్తుడని చెప్పగా ప్రజలందరుఆమేన్‌ అనవలెను.

22. Cursed, be he that lieth with his sister, daughter of his father or daughter of his mother. And all the people shall say Amen.

23. తన అత్తతో శయనించువాడు శాపగ్రస్తుడని చెప్పగా ప్రజలందరుఆమేన్‌ అనవలెను.

23. Cursed, be he that lieth with his mother-in-law. And all the people shall say Amen.

24. చాటున తన పొరుగువానిని కొట్టువాడు శాప గ్రస్తు డని చెప్పగా ప్రజలందరుఆమేన్‌ అనవలెను.

24. Cursed, be he that smiteth his neighbour secretly. And all the people shall say Amen.

25. నిర్దోషికి ప్రాణహాని చేయుటకు లంచము పుచ్చు కొనువాడు శాపగ్రస్తుడని చెప్పగా ప్రజలందరుఆమేన్‌ అనవలెను.

25. Cursed, be he that taketh a bribe to shed innocent blood. And all the people shall say Amen.

26. ఈ విధికి సంబంధించిన వాక్యములను గైకొనక పోవుటవలన వాటిని స్థిరపరచనివాడు శాపగ్రస్తుడని చెప్పగా ప్రజలందరుఆమేన్‌ అనవలెను.

26. Cursed, be he that establisheth not the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say Amen.
