1. ఆదియందు దేవుడు భూమ్యాకాశములను సృజించెను.
హెబ్రీయులకు 1:10, హెబ్రీయులకు 11:3

1. In the beginnyng GOD created ye heauen and the earth.

2. భూమి నిరాకారముగాను శూన్యముగాను ఉండెను; చీకటి అగాధ జలముపైన కమ్మియుండెను; దేవుని ఆత్మ జలములపైన అల్లాడుచుండెను.

2. And the earth was without fourme, and was voyde: & darknes [was] vpon the face of the deepe, and the spirite of God moued vpon the face of the waters.

3. దేవుడు వెలుగు కమ్మని పలుకగా వెలుగు కలిగెను.
2 కోరింథీయులకు 4:9

3. And God sayde, let there be light: and there was light.

4. వెలుగు మంచిదైనట్టు దేవుడు చూచెను; దేవుడు వెలుగును చీకటిని వేరుపరచెను.

4. And God sawe the lyght that it was good: and God deuided the lyght from the darknes.

5. దేవుడు వెలుగునకు పగలనియు, చీకటికి రాత్రి అనియు పేరు పెట్టెను. అస్తమయమును ఉదయమును కలుగగా ఒక దినమాయెను.

5. And God called the light day, and the darknes night: and the euenyng & the mornyng were the first day.

6. మరియు దేవుడు జలముల మధ్య నొక విశాలము కలిగి ఆ జలములను ఈ జలములను వేరుపరచును గాకని పలికెను.

6. And God said: let there be a firmament betwene the waters, and let it make a diuision betwene waters and waters.

7. దేవుడు ఆ విశాలము చేసి విశాలము క్రింది జలములను విశాలము మీది జలములను వేరుపరపగా ఆ ప్రకారమాయెను.

7. And God made the firmament, and set the diuision betwene the waters which [were] vnder the firmament, and the waters that [were] aboue the firmament: and it was so.

8. దేవుడు ఆ విశాలమునకు ఆకాశమని పేరు పెట్టెను. అస్తమయమును ఉదయమును కలుగగా రెండవ దినమాయెను.

8. And God called the firmament the heauen: and the euenyng and the mornyng were the seconde day.

9. దేవుడు ఆకాశము క్రిందనున్న జలములొకచోటనే కూర్చబడి ఆరిన నేల కనబడును గాకని పలుకగా ఆ ప్రకారమాయెను.

9. And God saide: let the waters vnder the heauen be gathered together into one place, and let the drye lande appeare: and it was so.

10. దేవుడు ఆరిన నేలకు భూమి అని పేరు పెట్టెను, జలరాశికి ఆయన సముద్రములని పేరు పెట్టెను, అది మంచిదని దేవుడు చూచెను.

10. And God called the drie lande ye earth, and the gatheryng together of waters called he the seas: and God sawe that it was good.

11. దేవుడు గడ్డిని విత్తనములిచ్చు చెట్లను భూమిమీద తమ తమ జాతి ప్రకారము తమలో విత్తనములుగల ఫలమిచ్చు ఫలవృక్షములను భూమి మొలిపించుగాకని పలుకగా ఆ ప్రకార మాయెను.

11. And God sayde: let the earth bryng foorth [both] budde and hearbe apt to seede, and fruitfull trees yeeldyng fruite after his kynde, which hath seede in it selfe vpon the earth: and it was so.

12. భూమి గడ్డిని తమ తమ జాతి ప్రకారము విత్తనములిచ్చు చెట్లను, తమ తమ జాతి ప్రకారము తమలో విత్తనములుగల ఫలవృక్షములను మొలిపింపగా అది మంచిదని దేవుడు చూచెను

12. And the earth brought forth [both] bud and hearbe apt to seede after his kynde, and tree yeeldyng fruite, whiche hath seede in it selfe, after his kynde.

13. అస్తమయమును ఉదయమును కలుగగా మూడవ దినమాయెను.

13. And God sawe that it was good. And the euenyng and the mornyng were the thirde day.

14. దేవుడు పగటిని రాత్రిని వేరుపరచునట్లు ఆకాశ విశాలమందు జ్యోతులు కలుగును గాకనియు, అవి సూచనలను కాలములను దిన సంవత్సరములను సూచించుటకై యుండు గాకనియు,

14. And God sayde: let there be lyghtes in the firmament of the heauen, that they may deuide the day and the nyght, and let them be for signes, & seasons, and for dayes, and yeres.

15. భూమిమీద వెలుగిచ్చుటకు అవి ఆకాశ విశాలమందు జ్యోతులై యుండు గాకనియు పలికెను; ఆ ప్రకారమాయెను.

15. And let them be for lyghtes in the firmament of the heauen, that they maye geue light vpo the earth: and it was so.

16. దేవుడు ఆ రెండు గొప్ప జ్యోతులను, అనగా పగటిని ఏలుటకు పెద్ద జ్యోతిని రాత్రిని ఏలుటకు చిన్న జ్యోతిని నక్షత్రములను చేసెను.

16. And God made two great lyghtes: a greater lyght to rule the day, and a lesse lyght to rule the nyght, and [he made] starres also.

17. భూమిమీద వెలుగిచ్చుటకును

17. And God set them in the firmament of the heauen, to shyne vpon the earth,

18. పగటిని రాత్రిని ఏలుటకును వెలుగును చీకటిని వేరుపరచుటకును దేవుడు ఆకాశ విశాలమందు వాటి నుంచెను; అది మంచిదని దేవుడు చూచెను.

18. And to rule the day and nyght, and to make difference betweene the lyght and the darknesse: and God saw that it was good.

19. అస్తమయమును ఉదయమును కలుగగా నాలుగవ దినమాయెను.

19. And the euenyng and the mornyng were the fourth day.

20. దేవుడు జీవము కలిగి చలించువాటిని జలములు సమృద్ధిగా పుట్టించును గాకనియు, పక్షులు భూమిపైని ఆకాశ విశాలములో ఎగురును గాకనియు పలికెను.

20. And God sayde: let the waters bryng foorth mouyng creature that hath lyfe, and foule that may flee vpon the earth in the open firmament of heauen.

21. దేవుడు జలములలో వాటి వాటి జాతి ప్రకారము జలములు సమృద్ధిగా పుట్టించిన మహా మత్స్యములను, జీవము కలిగి చలించు వాటినన్నిటిని, దాని దాని జాతి ప్రకారము రెక్కలుగల ప్రతి పక్షిని సృజించెను. అది మంచిదని దేవుడు చూచెను.

21. And God created great whales, and euery lyuyng & mouing creature, which the waters brought foorth after theyr kynde, & euery fethered foule after their kynde: and God saw that it was good.

22. దేవుడు మీరు ఫలించి అభివృద్ధి పొంది సముద్ర జలములలో నిండి యుండుడనియు, పక్షులు భూమిమీద విస్తరించును గాకనియు, వాటిని ఆశీర్వదించెను.

22. And God blessed them, saying: Be fruiteful, and multiplie, and fyll the waters of the sea, and let foule multiplie in the earth.

23. అస్తమయమును ఉదయమును కలుగగా అయిదవ దినమాయెను.

23. And the euenyng and mornyng were the fift day.

24. దేవుడు వాటి వాటి జాతి ప్రకారము జీవముగల వాటిని, అనగా వాటి వాటి జాతి ప్రకారము పశువులను పురుగులను అడవి జంతువులను భూమి పుట్టించుగాకని పలికెను; ఆప్రకారమాయెను.

24. And God sayde: let the earth bryng foorth lyuyng creature after his kynde, cattell, worme, and beastes of the earth after his kynde: and it was so.

25. దేవుడు ఆ యా జాతుల ప్రకారము అడవి జంతువులను, ఆ యా జాతుల ప్రకారము పశువులను, ఆ యా జాతుల ప్రకారము నేలను ప్రాకు ప్రతి పురుగును చేసెను. అదిమంచిదని దేవుడు చూచెను.

25. God made the beast of the earth after his kynde, and cattell after his kynde, and euery thyng that creepeth vpon the earth after his kynde: and God sawe that it was good.

26. దేవుడు మన స్వరూపమందు మన పోలికె చొప్పున నరులను చేయుదము; వారు సముద్రపు చేపలను ఆకాశ పక్షులను పశువులను సమస్త భూమిని భూమిమీద ప్రాకు ప్రతి జంతువును ఏలుదురుగాకనియు పలికెను.

26. God saide: let vs make man in our image, after our lykenesse, and let them haue rule of the fisshe of the sea, & of the foule of the ayre, and of cattell, & of all the earth, and of euery creepyng thyng that creepeth vpon the earth.

27. దేవుడు తన స్వరూపమందు నరుని సృజించెను; దేవుని స్వరూపమందు వాని సృజించెను; స్త్రీనిగాను పురుషునిగాను వారిని సృజించెను.

27. So God created man in his owne image, in the image of God created he him, male and female created he them.

28. దేవుడు వారిని ఆశీర్వదించెను; ఎట్లనగా మీరు ఫలించి అభివృద్ధిపొంది విస్తరించి భూమిని నిండించి దానిని లోపరచుకొనుడి; సముద్రపు చేపలను ఆకాశ పక్షులను భూమిమీద ప్రాకు ప్రతి జీవిని ఏలుడని దేవుడు వారితో చెప్పెను.

28. And God blessed them, and God sayde vnto them: be fruitefull, & multiplie, and replenishe the earth, & subdue it, and haue dominion of the fisshe of the sea, and foule of the ayre, & of euery lyuing thing that moueth vpon the earth.

29. దేవుడు ఇదిగో భూమిమీదనున్న విత్తనములిచ్చు ప్రతి చెట్టును విత్తనములిచ్చు వృక్షఫలముగల ప్రతి వృక్షమును మీ కిచ్చి యున్నాను; అవి మీ కాహారమగును.

29. And God sayde: beholde, I haue geuen you euery hearbe bearing seede, which is in the vpper face of all ye earth, and euery tree in the which is the fruite of a tree bearing seede, [that] they may be meate vnto you:

30. భూమి మీదనుండు జంతువులన్నిటికిని ఆకాశ పక్షులన్నిటికిని భూమిమీద ప్రాకు సమస్త జీవులకును పచ్చని చెట్లన్నియు ఆహారమగునని పలికెను. ఆ ప్రకారమాయెను.

30. To euery beast of the earth also, and to euery birde of the aire, and to euery such thing that creepeth vpon ye earth, which doth liue, I haue geuen euery greene hearbe for meate: and it was so.

31. దేవుడు తాను చేసినది యావత్తును చూచినప్పుడు అది చాల మంచిదిగ నుండెను. అస్తమయమును ఉదయమును కలుగగా ఆరవ దినమాయెను.

31. And God sawe euery thyng that he had made: and beholde, it was exceedyng good. And the euenyng & the mornyng were the sixth day.
