3. 'Those camping on the east side toward the sunrise are to be under the banner of the camp of Y'hudah; they are to camp according to companies; by tribe and leader they are as follows: Tribe Chief Number Y'hudah Nachshon the son of 'Amminadav 74,600 Yissakhar N'tan'el the son of Tzu'ar 54,400 Z'vulun Eli'av the son of Helon 57,400 Total 186,400 'This group is to set out first.

7. అతని సమీపమున జెబూలూనుగోత్రికులుండవలెను. హేలోను కుమారుడైన ఏలీయాబు జెబూలూనీయులకు ప్రధానుడు.

8. అతని సేన, అనగా అతనివారిలో లెక్కింపబడినవారు ఏబది యేడు వేల నాలుగు వందలమంది.

9. యూదా పాళెములో లెక్కింపబడిన వారందరు వారి సేనలచొప్పున లక్ష యెనుబది యారు వేల నాలుగువందల మంది. వారు ముందర సాగి నడవవలెను.

10. రూబేను పాళెపు ధ్వజము వారి సేనలచొప్పున దక్షిణ దిక్కున ఉండవలెను. షెదేయూరు కుమారుడైన ఏలీసూరు రూబేను కుమారులకు ప్రధానుడు.

'Those camping on the south are to be under the banner of the camp of Re'uven; they are to camp according to companies; by tribe and leader they are as follows: Tribe Chief Number Re'uven Elitzur the son of Sh'de'ur 46,500 Shim'on Shlumi'el the son of Tzurishaddai 59,300 Gad Elyasaf the son of Re'u'el 45,650 Total 151,450 'This group is to set out second.

14. అతని సమీపమున గాదు గోత్ర ముండవలెను. రగూయేలు కుమారుడైన ఎలీయాసాపు గాదు కుమారులకు ప్రధానుడు.

15. అతని సేన, అనగా అతని వారిలో లెక్కింపబడినవారు నలుబది యయిదు వేల ఆరువందల ఏబదిమంది.

16. రూబేను పాళెములో లెక్కింపబడిన వారందరు వారి సేనలచొప్పున లక్షయేబది యొకవేయి నాలుగువందల ఏబదిమంది. వారు రెండవతెగలో సాగినడవవలెను.

17. ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారము లేవీయుల పాళెముతో పాళెముల నడుమను సాగి నడవవలెను. వారెట్లు దిగుదురో అట్లే తమ తమ ధ్వజములనుబట్టి ప్రతివాడును తన తన వరుసలో సాగి నడవవలెను.

17. 'Then the tent of meeting, with the camp of the [L'vi'im], will set out, with the other camps in front and behind. They will go in the same order as their camps are set up- each man will go forward in his position, under his banner.

18. ఎఫ్రాయిము సేనలచొప్పున వారి పాళెపు ధ్వజము పడమటి దిక్కున ఉండవలెను. అమీహూదు కుమారుడైన ఎలీషామా ఎఫ్రాయిము కుమారులకు ప్రధానుడు.

'Those camping on the west are to be under the banner of the camp of Efrayim; they are to camp according to companies; by tribe and leader they are as follows: Tribe Chief Number Efrayim Elishama the son of 'Ammihud 40,500 M'nasheh Gamli'el the son of P'dahtzur 32,200 Binyamin Avidan the son of Gid'oni 35,400 Total 108,100 'This group is to set out third.

22. అతని సమీపమున బెన్యామీను గోత్రముండవలెను. గిద్యోనీ కుమారుడైన అబీదాను బెన్యామీను కుమారులకు ప్రధానుడు.

23. అతని సేన, అనగా అతని వారిలో లెక్కింపబడినవారు ముప్పది యయిదువేల నాలుగు వందలమంది.

24. ఎఫ్రాయిము పాళెములో లెక్కింపబడిన వారందరు వారి సేనలచొప్పున లక్షయెనిమిదివేల నూరుమంది. వారు మూడవగుంపులో సాగి నడవవలెను.

25. దాను పాళెపుధ్వజము వారి సేనలచొప్పున ఉత్తర దిక్కున ఉండవలెను. అమీషదాయి కుమారుడైన అహీయెజెరు దాను కుమారులకు ప్రధానుడు.

25. 'Those camping on the north are to be under the banner of the camp of Dan; they are to camp according to companies; by tribe and leader they are as follows: Tribe Chief Number Dan Achi'ezer the son of 'Ammishaddai 62,700 Asher Pag'i'el the son of 'Okhran 41,500 Naftali Achira the son of 'Enan 53,400 Total 157,600 'This group is to set out last with their banners.'

28. అతని సేన, అనగా అతని వారిలో లెక్కింపబడినవారు నలుబది యొకవేయి ఐదువందల మంది.

29. అతని సమీపమున నఫ్తాలి గోత్రికులుండవలెను. ఏనాను కుమారుడైన అహీర నఫ్తాలి కుమారులకు ప్రధానుడు.

30. అతని సేన, అనగా అతని వారిలో లెక్కింపబడినవారు ఏబదిమూడువేల నాలుగువందల మంది.

31. దాను పాళెములో లెక్కింపబడినవారందరు లక్ష యేబది యేడువేల ఆరువందల మంది. వారు తమ ధ్వజముల ప్రకారము కడపటి గుంపులో నడవవలెను.

32. వీరు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబముల ప్రకారము లెక్కింపబడినవారు. తమ తమ సేనల చొప్పున తమ తమ పాళెములలో లెక్కింపబడినవారందరు ఆరులక్షల మూడువేల ఐదువందల ఏబదిమంది.

32. These are the ones counted from the people of Isra'el by clans; the total number recorded in the camps, company by company, was 603,550.

33. అయితే యెహోవా మోషేకు ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్లు లేవీయులు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో తమ్మును లెక్కించుకొనలేదు.

33. But, as ADONAI ordered Moshe, the [L'vi'im] were not counted with the rest of Isra'el.

34. అట్లు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు యెహోవా మోషేకు ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్లు సమస్తమును చేసిరి. అట్లు వారు తమ తమ వంశములచొప్పునను తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబముల చొప్పునను ప్రతివాడు తన తన ధ్వజమునుబట్టి దిగుచు సాగుచునుండిరి.

34. The people of Isra'el did everything ADONAI had ordered Moshe: they set up camp under their banners, and they set out, each according to his family and clan.
