14. 'And you, son of man, prophesy, and clap your hands together. Let the sword strike twice, even three times! It is a sword for slaughter, a sword for the great slaughter surrounding them.

19. 'You, son of man, mark out two routes for the king of Babylon's sword to take; both of them will originate in a single land. Make a signpost and put it at the beginning of the road leading to the city.

20. ఖడ్గమునకు అమ్మోనీయుల పట్టణమగు రబ్బాకు ఒక మార్గమును, యూదాదేశమందున్న ప్రాకారములు గల పట్టణమగు యెరూషలేమునకు ఒక మార్గమును ఏర్పరచుము.

20. Mark out the routes for the sword to take: 'Rabbah of the Ammonites' and 'Judah with Jerusalem in it.'

21. బాటలు చీలుచోట రెండు మార్గములు చీలు స్థలమున శకునము తెలిసికొనుటకు బబులోను రాజు నిలుచుచున్నాడు; అతడు బాణములను ఇటు అటు ఆడించుచు, విగ్రహములచేత విచారణ చేయుచు, కార్యమునుబట్టి శకునము చూచుచున్నాడు.

21. For the king of Babylon stands at the fork in the road at the head of the two routes. He looks for omens: He shakes arrows, he consults idols, he examines animal livers.

25. గాయపడినవాడా, దుష్టుడా, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు అధిపతీ, దోషసమాప్తికాలమున నీకు తీర్పువచ్చియున్నది.

25. ''As for you, profane and wicked prince of Israel, whose day has come, the time of final punishment,

26. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు తలాటమును తీసివేయుము కిరీటమును ఎత్తుము, ఇది యికను ఇట్లుండదు. ఇకమీదట నీచుని ఘనునిగాను ఘనుని నీచునిగాను చేయుము.

29. శకునగాండ్రు నీకొరకు మాయా దర్శనములు చూచుచుండగను, వారు వ్యర్థమైన వాటిని మీకు చెప్పుచుండగను, దోషసమాప్తి కాలమున శిక్షనొంది హతులైన దుర్మార్గుల మెడల ప్రక్కన అది నిన్ను పడవేయును.

29. while seeing false visions for you and reading lying omens for you to place that sword on the necks of the profane wicked, whose day has come, the time of final punishment.

31. అచ్చటనే నా రౌద్రమును నీమీద కుమ్మరించెదను, నా ఉగ్రతాగ్నిని నీమీద రగుల బెట్టెదను, నాశనము చేయుటయందు నేర్పరులైన క్రూరులకు నిన్ను అప్పగించెదను.

31. I will pour out my anger on you; the fire of my fury I will blow on you. I will hand you over to brutal men, who are skilled in destruction.

32. అగ్ని నిన్ను మింగును, నీ రక్తము దేశములో కారును, నీ వెన్నటికిని జ్ఞాపకమునకు రాకయుందువు; యెహోవానగు నేనే మాట ఇచ్చియున్నాను.

32. You will become fuel for the fire your blood will stain the middle of the land; you will no longer be remembered, for I, the LORD, have spoken.''
