1. అప్పుడు ఇశ్రాయేలు తనకు కలిగినదంతయు తీసికొని ప్రయాణమై బెయేర్షెబాకు వచ్చి తన తండ్రియైన ఇస్సాకు దేవునికి బలులనర్పించెను.

1. Israel toke his iourney with all that he had. And whan he came to Berseba, he offred offerynges vnto ye God of his father Isaac.

2. అప్పుడు రాత్రి దర్శనములయందు దేవుడు - యాకోబూ యాకోబూ అని ఇశ్రాయేలును పిలిచెను. అందుకతడు - చిత్తము ప్రభువా అనెను.

2. And God spake vnto him in a vision by night: Iacob Iacob. He sayde: here am I.

3. ఆయన నేనే దేవుడను, నీ తండ్రి దేవుడను, ఐగుప్తునకు వెళ్లుటకు భయపడకుము, అక్కడ నిన్ను గొప్పజనముగా చేసెదను.

3. And he saide: I am ye mightie God of thy father, be not afrayed to go into Egipte, for there wyl I make a greate people of the.

4. నేను ఐగుప్తునకు నీతోగూడ వచ్చెదను, అంతేకాదు నేను నిశ్చయముగా నిన్ను తిరిగి తీసికొని వచ్చెదను, యోసేపు నీ కన్నుల మీద తన చెయ్యియుంచునని సెలవియ్యగా

4. I wyll go downe with the, & wil brynge the vp also. And Ioseph shal laye his hande vpon thine eyes.

5. యాకోబు లేచి బెయేర్షెబా నుండి వెళ్లెను. ఫరో అతని నెక్కించి తీసికొని వచ్చుటకు పంపిన బండ్లమీద ఇశ్రాయేలు కుమారులు తమ తండ్రియైన యాకోబును తమ పిల్లలను తమ భార్యలను ఎక్కించిరి.

5. Then Iacob gat him vp from Berseba, and ye children of Israel caried Iacob their father with their children and wyues vpon the charettes that Pharao had sent to cary him.

6. వారు, అనగా యాకోబును అతని యావత్తు సంతానమును, తమ పశువులను తాము కనానులో సంపాదించిన సంపద యావత్తును తీసికొని ఐగుప్తునకు వచ్చిరి.

6. And they toke their catell & substaunce which they had gotten in the lande of Canaan, and so came in to Egipte: Iacob & all his sede with him,

7. అతడు తన కుమారులను తన కుమారుల కుమారులను తన కుమార్తెలను తన కుమారుల కుమార్తెలను తన యావత్తు సంతానమును ఐగుప్తునకు తనతోకూడ తీసికొనివచ్చెను.

7. his children & his childers children with him, his doughters, and the doughters of his children, & all his sede.

8. యాకోబును అతని కుమారులును ఐగుప్తునకు వచ్చిరి. ఇశ్రాయేలు కుమారుల పేళ్లు ఇవే;

8. These are ye names of the children of Israel, which came in to Egipte, Iacob & his sonnes. The first borne sonne of Iacob: Ruben.

9. యాకోబు జ్యేష్ఠ కుమారుడు రూబేను. రూబేను కుమారులైన హనోకు పల్లు హెస్రోను కర్మీ.

9. The children of Ruben: Hanoch, Pallu, Hezron and Charmi.

10. షిమ్యోను కుమారులైన యెమూయేలు యామీను ఓహదు యాకీను సోహరు కనానీయురాలి కుమారుడైన షావూలు.

10. The children of Simeon: Iemuel, Iamin, Ohad, Iachim, Zohar and Saul the sonne of the Cananitish woman.

11. లేవి కుమారులైన గెర్షోను కహాతు మెరారి

11. The childre of Leui: Gerson, Cahath & Merari.

12. యూదా కుమారులైన ఏరు ఓనాను షేలా పెరెసు జెరహు. ఆ ఏరును ఓనానును కనాను దేశములో చనిపోయిరి. పెరెసు కుమారులైన హెస్రోను హామూలు.

12. The childre of Iuda: Er, Onan, Sela, Phares & Serah. But Er and Onan dyed in the lande of Canaan. The childre of Phares: Hesron and Hamul.

13. ఇశ్శాఖారు కుమారులైన తోలా పువ్వా యోబు షిమ్రోను.

13. The children of Isachar: Thola, Phua, Iob & Semron.

14. జెబూలూను కుమారులైన సెరెదు ఏలోను యహలేలు.

14. The children of Zabulon: Sered, Elon and Iahleel.

15. వీరు లేయా కుమారులు. ఆమె పద్దనరాములో యాకోబు వారిని అతని కుమార్తెయైన దీనాను కనెను. అతని కుమారులును అతని కుమార్తెలును అందరును ముప్పది ముగ్గురు.

15. These are the childre of Lea, which she bare vnto Iacob in Mesopotamia with his doughter Dina. These all together with sonnes & doughters make thre & thirtie soules.

16. గాదు కుమారులైన సిప్యోను హగ్గీ షూనీ ఎస్బోను ఏరీ ఆరోదీ అరేలీ.

16. The childre of Gad: Zipheon, Haggi, Suni, Ezbon, Eri, Arodi and Areli.

17. ఆషేరు కుమారులైన ఇమ్నా ఇష్వా ఇష్వీ బెరీయా; వారి సహోదరియైన శెరహు. ఆ బెరీయా కుమారులైన హెబెరు మల్కీయేలు.

17. The children of Asser: Iemna, Iesua, Iesui, Bria & Sera their sister. The children of Bria: Heber and Malchiel.

18. లాబాను తన కుమార్తెయైన లేయా కిచ్చిన జిల్పా కుమారులు వీరే . ఆమె యీ పదునారు మందిని యాకోబునకు కనెను.

18. These are the children of Silpa, whom Laban gaue vnto Lea his doughter, and she bare vnto Iacob these sixtene soules.

19. యాకోబు భార్యయైన రాహేలు కుమారులైన యోసేపు బెన్యామీను.

19. The childre of Rachel Iacobs wife: Ioseph and Ben Iamin.

20. యోసేపునకు మనష్షే ఎఫ్రాయిములు పుట్టిరి. వారిని ఐగుప్తు దేశమందు ఓనుకు యాజకుడగు పోతీఫెర కుమార్తెయైన ఆసెనతు అతనికి కనెను.

20. And vnto Ioseph in ye land of Egipte were borne Manasses and Ephraim, whom Asnath the doughter of Potiphar prest of On bare vnto him.

21. బెన్యామీను కుమారులైన బెల బేకెరు అష్బేలు గెరా నయమాను ఏహీరోషు ముప్పీము హుప్పీము ఆర్దు.

21. The children of Ben Iamin: Bela, Becher, Asber, Gera, Naama, Ehi, Ros, Mupim, Hupim and Ard.

22. యాకోబునకు రాహేలు కనిన కుమారులగు వీరందరు పదునలుగురు.

22. These are the children of Rachel, which were borne vnto Iacob, fourtene soules alltogether.

23. దాను కుమారుడైన హుషీము.

23. The children of Dan: Husim.

24. నఫ్తాలి కుమారులైన యహనేలు గూనీ యేసెరు షిల్లేము.

24. The childre of Nephtali: Iahzeel, Guni, Iezer, Sillem.

25. లాబాను తన కుమార్తెయైన రాహేలునకు ఇచ్చిన బిల్హా కుమారులు వీరే. ఆమె వారిని యాకోబునకు కనెను. వారందరు ఏడుగురు.

25. These are the children of Bilha, whom Laban gaue vnto his doughter Rachel, & she bare Iacob these seuen soules.

26. యాకోబు కోడండ్రను వినాయించి అతని గర్భవాసమున పుట్టి యాకోబుతో ఐగుప్తునకు వచ్చిన వారందరు అరువది ఆరుగురు.

26. All the soules yt came wt Iacob in to Egipte, which proceaded out of his loynes (besyde the wyues of his childre) are all together sixe & sixtie soules.

27. ఐగుప్తులో అతనికి పుట్టిన యోసేపు కుమారులిద్దరు; ఐగుప్తునకు వచ్చిన యాకోబు కుటుంబపు వారందరు డెబ్బది మంది.

27. And Iosephs childre which were borne vnto him in Egipte, were two soules: so that all the soules of the house of Iacob which came into Egipte, were seuentye.

28. అతడు గోషెనుకు త్రోవ చూపుటకు యోసేపు నొద్దకు తనకు ముందుగా యూదాను పంపెను. వారు గోషెను దేశమునకు రాగా

28. And he sent Iuda before him vnto Ioseph, to shew him the waye to Gosen, & they came in to the lande of Gosen.

29. యోసేపు తన రథమును సిద్ధము చేయించి తన తండ్రియైన ఇశ్రాయేలును ఎదుర్కొనుటకు గోషెనుకు వెళ్లి అతనికి కనబడెను. అప్పుడతడు అతని మెడమీద పడి అతని మెడ పట్టుకొని యెంతో ఏడ్చెను.

29. Then Ioseph bended his charett fast, and wente vp to mete Israel his father vnto Gosen. And whan he sawe him, he fell aboute his neck, & wepte sore vpon his neck.

30. అప్పుడు ఇశ్రాయేలు యోసేపుతో - నీవింక బ్రదికియున్నావు; నీ ముఖము చూచితిని గనుక నేనికను చనిపోవుదునని చెప్పెను.

30. Then sayde Israel vnto Ioseph: Now am I content to dye, for so moch as I haue sene thy face, that thou art yet alyue.

31. యోసేపు తన సహోదరులను తన తండ్రి కుటుంబపు వారినిచూచి - నేను వెళ్లి యిది ఫరోకు తెలియచేసి, కనాను దేశములో ఉండిన నా సహోదరులును నా తండ్రి కుటుంబపువారును నాయొద్దకు వచ్చిరి;

31. Ioseph sayde vnto his brethren, & to his fathers house: I will go vp, & tell Pharao, & saye vnto him: My brethre and my fathers house are come vnto me out of the lande of Canaan,

32. ఆ మనుష్యులు పశువులు గలవారు, వారు గొఱ్ఱెల కాపరులు. వారు తమ గొఱ్ఱెలను పశువులను తమకు కలిగినదంతయు తీసికొనివచ్చిరని అతనితో చెప్పెదను.

32. and are kepers of catell (for they are men that deale with catell:) their small & greate catell, and all that they haue, haue they brought with them.

33. గొఱ్ఱెల కాపరియైన ప్రతివాడు ఐగుప్తీయులకు హేయుడు గనుక ఫరో మిమ్మును పిలిపించి మీ వృత్తి యేమిటని అడిగినయెడల

33. Now yf Pharao call you, and saye: what is youre occupacio?

34. మీరు గోషెను దేశమందు కాపురముండునట్లు - మా చిన్నతనమునుండి ఇదివరకు నీ దాసులమైన మేమును మా పూర్వికులును పశువులు గల వారమై యున్నామని ఉత్తరమియ్యుడని చెప్పెను.

34. then ye shal saye: Thy seruauntes are men yt haue dealt wt catell from oure youth vp hytherto, both we & oure fathers, that ye maye dwell in the lande of Gosen: for the Egipcians abhorre all kepers of catell.
